The Szencorp Building

The Szencorp building project’s achievements are a tribute to the strength of the collaboration between the project partners. Szencorp, SJB Architects and Interiors, ESD consultants Energy Conservation Systems and services/structural engineers Connell Wagner came together over the 18 month period of the project in a unique management partnership. The Victorian Government came on board by contributing to the project through the Sustainable Energy Authority of Victoria (SEAV) Commercial Office Building Energy Innovation Initiative (COBEII).

The Szencorp Building embodies what can be achieved by aspiring to the highest possible quality environmental and design outcomes. The knowledge and experience that was created are now being applied to other refurbishment projects to assist in realising superior ESD outcomes in other commercial buildings.
